The Skatepops are a post-pop punk trio that emerged from San Jose, California. It features Joe Varga on guitar, Jeff Greger on drums, and Kara Holmes on bass.
Their music blurs the lines between old school garage rock, pop punk, and whatever the hell else they wanna do. When they’re making music there’s no rules - just noise, sweat, and good times.
My Friend Anxiety is their debut EP, released in 2025, which can be found on Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music, and other streaming platforms. The trio can be found playing high energy shows at your favorite Bay Area venues from San Francisco to San Jose.
